Job Title: Director, Solution Engineering Enablement

The Director, Solution Engineering Enablement is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and evolving the organization’s presales (solution engineering) capabilities in support of revenue growth, deal differentiation, and customer confidence. CGI Advantage ERP was built specifically and solely to support state, local, and k-12 organizations, so experience with this market is critical.

Key Responsibilities

​

This role has accountability for Strategic Solution Engineers, Solution Engineers, and Solution Support Engineers, ensuring consistent excellence in demonstrations, solution narratives, RFP responses, and overall solution readiness. Experience both as a presales expert and as a presales leader is preferred.

Reporting Structure

Reporting directly to the VP of Platform Enablement (Sales), this highly visible role partners closely with Sales leadership and cross functional stakeholders to drive success on complex, high value pursuits while building a scalable, high performing solution engineering organization.
