Your mission is to find the life science companies developing and manufacturing the next generation of medical products, and ensure they achieve a step-function improvement in their operations using Seal. You will lead a dedicated pod with a single objective: maximizing confirmed ROI through successful deployments.

This is not a sales role. This is a leadership role for a technical expert who can fundamentally re-architect a customer's operations. You must be able to deconstruct a company's entire "lab to production" workflow, design a new digital-native process, and command a room of C-level executives and PhD scientists with the authority of a subject matter expert. Your work is the decisive factor in building our business.

We require a deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology) and experience in quality, automation, or life sciences is highly beneficial. You must be the person who could be hired by our customers to lead their digital transformation.
