Solution Engineer – Conexiom

I’m looking for an experienced Solution Engineer / Solutions Consultant who can confidently own the technical and value-driven aspects of a complex enterprise sales cycle — from discovery, to demonstration, to value positioning, to Proof of Concept, and ultimately a clean handoff to Delivery.

This person needs to be equally comfortable in the boardroom and the technical weeds. They should be able to have a strategic business conversation with C-level executives, understand the operational challenges of business leaders, and then work directly with IT, architects, developers, and ERP teams on integrations, APIs, data flows, security, and solution architecture.

Strong business acumen within wholesale distribution and manufacturing is critical. I want someone who understands how these businesses operate — particularly order-to-cash, order management, customer service, ERP environments, and the operational impact of manual processes — and can translate Conexiom’s technology into measurable business value.

​

They also need meaningful ERP experience, ideally across platforms such as SAP, Epicor Prophet 21, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems.

​

AI knowledge and practical AI experience are pivotal to this role. Conexiom is a growing company bringing a new AI-powered platform to market, built on approximately 15 years of experience automating customer orders. The right person needs to understand modern AI, be able to explain its value and limitations credibly to customers, and actively use AI themselves to become a more effective Solution Engineer.

Finally, I’m looking for someone who has successfully led Proofs of Concept, not simply participated in them. They should know how to define success criteria, manage scope and customer commitments, prove technical and business value, and use the POC to help move an opportunity toward a confident purchase decision.
