We are hiring a Solutions Engineer (F/M/D) to join our US sales team based out of Austin. This role involves serving as a technical specialist and advisor using the CELUS Design Platform to enhance customer experience around the capability of our platform. The Solutions Engineer will be instrumental in guiding product enhancements by aligning them with customer needs and technological trends.

• Develop and deliver effective demonstrations that showcase the unique capabilities of our software.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges, providing solutions that leverage our Design Platform.
• Relay detailed customer feedback to the CELUS product and Success teams, advocating for features that enhance product value.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring that our solutions meet their business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and confirm the suitability of our product offerings in meeting complex customer needs, influencing product strategy and development.
• Participate in the enhancement of product designs, advocating for architectural improvements and performance optimizations.

Your profile: 

​

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years experience within the electronics industry
• Proficient in hardware engineering, circuit design, and the use of EDA CAD tools such as Altium, Zuken, Cadence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to present technical information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence customer decisions and workflows.
• Agile and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
