A global fintech scale-up is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their growing team in Austin. This company is on a mission to transform the way money moves around the world by enabling banks, financial institutions, and major tech companies to offer seamless international payment services through powerful API integrations.

Role Overview

​

The Senior Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships - helping enterprise partners design and deliver world-class integrations that bring innovative financial services to life.

​

The role

• Provide technical consulting and product guidance to partners, primarily post-sale
• Work directly with banks and enterprise clients to design and implement best-in-class integrations
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver solutions
• Support business development by scoping new features and technical requirements for larger partners
• Enhance the developer experience with improved documentation, SDKs, and reference implementations
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues alongside support teams
• Contribute to product strategy by sharing partner insights and integration requirements
• Travel occasionally to work with colleagues across North America and Europe

The profile

• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and integration projects
• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar role (fintech, payments, or SaaS preferred)
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with the curiosity and drive to solve complex problems
