Role Overview

​

As a Solutions Engineer at Promptualize, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients’ business challenges and our AI-powered solutions. You’ll work closely with our consulting team to scope client needs, design custom automations, and ensure smooth deployment. This role blends technical problem-solving with customer-facing communication—perfect for someone who enjoys architecting solutions and seeing them come to life.

Key Responsibilities

 • Collaborate with consulting and sales teams to understand client pain points and design tailored AI-driven workflows.  

 • Lead discovery sessions to capture technical and process requirements.  

 • Develop solution architectures, automations, and system integrations using Promptualize’s toolkit (AI prompts, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms).  

 • Build and deliver client-facing demos, proofs-of-concept, and documentation.  

 • Partner with product/engineering to refine internal tools and reusable solution templates.  

 • Act as a trusted advisor to clients during pre- and post-implementation phases.  

 • Collect and share feedback from client engagements to inform our solution library and roadmap.

Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.  

 • 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.  

 • Strong understanding of APIs, workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.), and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).  

 • Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, etc.).  

 • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.  

 • Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working with ambiguity in fast-moving projects.  

 • Experience with prompt engineering or AI solution design is a strong plus.
