Solutions Engineer

Job Description

As a CHC Navigation Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting drone solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business development team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. You will also provide technical support and training to customers to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our drone solutions.

Primary Objectives

• Collaborate closely with the business development team to gather customer requirements and design tailored drone solutions
• Build and maintain connections with hardware and software integrators to leverage the SDK ecosystem
• Develop and implement drone solutions, including flight planning, data processing, and integration with third-party software systems
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the implementation and operational phases of drone solutions
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help customers effectively operate and manage drones
• Stay current with the latest CHC Navigation technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote drone solutions and generate new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the product development team by providing feedback and recommendations to continuously improve CHC Navigation’s drone technology and software

Qualification

• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Green Card holder (required for demo and compliance needs)
• FAA Part 107 certification
• Hands-on experience with drone operation, flight planning, and data processing
• 5+ years of experience in the design and implementation of drone solutions
