Triple is a fully remote company. Asynchronous communication is in our DNA and we also love to pair for both design and coding making sure we are aligned without requiring hard meetings. We encourage people in the company to have full ownership of the problems they are working on. It is better to beg forgiveness, than ask permission. On a day you will

• Attend sales meetings and be able to answer technical questions about the product
• Provide technical support on RFPs
• Lead POCs.
• Drive integrations with key clients
• Collaborate with sales to develop and achieve technical success for the account

Tech knowledge expectations

• Worked with partners to successfully deliver multiple technical projects concurrently
• Ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable manner
• Experience with RESTful API design patterns
• Comfortable with SQL
• Be able to debug/understand technical issues and identify the root cause
