Solutions Engineer - B2B SaaS - $220K
We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer
who has already operated inside a B2B startup (Series A–C) and knows what it takes to support real customers, real revenue, and real technical complexity.
This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering. You’ll own the technical side of complex deals from first call through production go-live.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a B2B startup environment (Series A–C is essential)
- Strong API experience: reading documentation, writing sample code, debugging integrations
- Background supporting complex sales cycles with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to $100K+ ACV deals
- Comfortable owning problems end to end, not handing them off
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the technical lead across the sales and implementation cycle
- Designing integration approaches and guiding customers through go-live
- Supporting high-value, technically complex deals
- Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a fast-moving startup environment

💰 $180K–$220K + equity
