About Elementum AI
Elementum AI replaces legacy SaaS and traditional outsourcing with AI automation and agent orchestration, delivering reliable digital labor for Fortune 500 companies. Its patented CloudLink architecture keeps data inside the customer's own secure, governed environment, so deployments move fast and nothing is copied out. Sanofi, Under Armour, Snowflake and Elevance Health run on Elementum today, using it to sunset systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow and Coupa and automate critical processes across the business. Elementum is backed by Lightspeed and Snowflake Ventures and was named Snowflake's 2026 Product Partner of the Year for Agentic Transformation.
The role
As a Technical Architect at Elementum, you are the tip of the spear. You tackle the 10% of technical complexity that configuration alone cannot solve, building the glue, tools and workarounds that unlock customer value fast.
You operate across multiple customers and projects, partnering closely with Product and Forward Deployed Engineers to make sure the platform evolves alongside real customer needs. This is a hands-on builder role: you define technical strategy and create reusable solutions that power every customer implementation.
What you'll do
- Define technical strategy for a customer's first use cases and get the technical foundation solid before Solution Architects engage deeply
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Extend platform capabilities by designing and building workarounds for current limitations
- Equip Solution Architects with purpose-built tooling (utilities, scripts) and well-documented solution designs
What success looks like
- Rapid deployment of customer use cases that deliver immediate business impact
- Reusable tools and utilities that accelerate delivery across every customer
- Product gaps surfaced early, with clear paths to workarounds or productization
- Technical risk identified and mitigated before it reaches the customer
- Solution Architects who are faster, more consistent and more confident because of what you built before they arrived
What you bring
- Strong engineering background with hands-on coding; you ship working software, not diagrams
- Experience building and shipping custom integrations for customers under fixed scope and timeline, whether at an enterprise software vendor or running your own shop
- Deep expertise in at least one core data platform (for example Snowflake: roles, permissions, query optimization)
- Deep understanding of at least one enterprise system domain (ERP, CRM, ITSM or similar)
- Customer-facing by choice; you enjoy being in person, on site with customer teams
- Comfort working across Product, Forward Deployed Engineering and Solution Architecture without ego
- A builder mindset: practical, opinionated and impact-driven
Compensation and benefits
- $245,000 - $275,000 total compensation, structured as $208,000 - $234,000 base salary plus a variable component (85/15), depending on level
- Equity in a high-growth AI company redefining digital labor
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) matching
- Flexible vacation policy
