About The Role

As a Technical Implementation Consultant at Regology, you will be the lead technical and implementation expert responsible for the successful deployment and advanced configuration of our platform for enterprise customers. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to build the foundational implementation blueprints, execute complex technical configurations, and ensure the Regology platform is optimally configured to meet each client's unique compliance and reporting needs. Your mission is to drive successful adoption and maximize customer value through sophisticated technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive implementation blueprints and project plans that define the technical architecture, scope, and sequence for successful platform deployment.
• Lead the post-sales implementation, configuration, and technical deployment of the Regology platform for new and existing enterprise customers.
• Handle deep technical work, including designing and executing complex data integrations using APIs and other middleware.
• Configure advanced platform features, custom workflows, and granular permissions to align precisely with client-specific business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Design and build custom dashboards and reports within the platform to provide clients with critical business intelligence and demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI).
• Act as the technical subject matter expert, providing guidance to customers on best practices for GRC, data governance, and regulatory implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during deployment, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform deep technical work, including hands-on experience with APIs, data integration, scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and database concepts (e.g., SQL).
• Experience in regulatory compliance, legal tech, or GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) software is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in solution design and the development of technical implementation blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced system configuration and building customer-facing reports or dashboards.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent implementation projects and collaborating with diverse technical and IT stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a bias for action.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or GRC/compliance tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise project management and ticketing tools.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
