Technical Pre Sales Associate
Overview
We are looking for a Technical Pre Sales Associate to join our EMEA Technical Pre Sales (TPS) team. This role is designed as a stepping stone into a Technical Pre Sales Executive / Solutions Consultant position.
Initially, the role will be mostly internal facing, working closely with Senior TPS consultants, Product, and Configuration teams. The short-term focus will be on configuring, maintaining, and evolving our demo environments to ensure they remain accurate, compelling, and aligned with the latest platform capabilities and market needs.
Over time, you will progressively build the product knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support live opportunities and present demos yourself, within the first 6-12 months.
This is an ideal role for someone with 2 - 5 years’ experience who enjoys hands-on configuration, has strong attention to detail, and is motivated to grow into a customer facing presales career.
What you will do
- Configure and maintain INSTANDA demo environments in line with new platform releases and feature enhancements.
- Create and customise demos for specific prospects, industries, and use cases, based on guidance from Senior TPS and Sales teams.
- Ensure demo data, product setups, and user journeys remain accurate, stable, and aligned with current product messaging, based on guidance from the team.
- Support Senior TPS consultants by preparing demos and assist with proof‑of‑concept (POC) configurations for targeted prospects, under guidance.
- Document demo setups, assumptions, and best practices to enable reuse and scalability across regions.
- Work closely with Product and Configuration teams to understand new functionality and translate it into demo‑ready configurations.
- Shadow live demos and sales engagements, as well as assist the team with responding to RFXs, to learn how INSTANDA is positioned and sold.
- Gradually progress toward presenting introductory demos and supporting live opportunities more independently as your experience grows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in no-code (and low-code) technologies to effectively position our value proposition.
- Adhere to INSTANDA’s information security policies, guidelines and best practices to protect our company and our clients.
- Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company.
- Potential for travel to support the team on events, client meetings, as well as our London office for team engagements

- Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
