Vice President of Sales
Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our US sales strategy and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial services outsourcing, with proven ability to develop new client relationships, drive revenue expansion, and develop channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for US operations across service lines (accounting, tax, valuation, financial due diligence, investment banking support).
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with small and mid-market clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with PE and IB firms, startup incubators, CFOs of target clients and consulting firms such as CPA’s, temp CFO’s and valuation firms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, and leadership teams to drive growth.
- Provide regular reporting, pipeline management, and market insights to leadership.
- Grow the sales team as the business scales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, or sales roles in the financial services outsourcing industry (mandatory).
- Proven experience in offshore or global delivery business models (compulsory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and BD skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
