About the Role
Join the team as VP of Sales, working alongside exceptional technical and commercial talent, underpinned by deep AI expertise and proprietary AI models trained in-house. You will be joining a group with an abundance of impressive backgrounds.
As VP of Sales, you will be a key leader responsible for scaling the go-to-market motion for a high-potential cyber security startup that is just beginning its journey but clearly destined for significant impact. This role is both highly strategic and hands-on, focused on driving major revenue growth, building a world-class sales organisation, and partnering closely with an experienced executive team to shape overall GTM strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a bold, market-leading sales strategy that accelerates adoption of category-defining AI cyber security solutions
- Build, inspire, and scale a world-class enterprise sales organisation with a high-performance culture
- Design and optimise best-in-class sales playbooks, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive consistent overachievement
- Personally lead major deals, unlock strategic partnerships, and dominate pipeline creation across the cyber security ecosystem
- Partner closely with the executive team and a proven global top performer to turn breakthrough AI technology into market success
Requirements
- Extensive experience thriving in early-stage or hyper-growth cyber security startups, with the evidence to back it up
- A strong track record of scaling ARR from $5–10M to $20–30M+ through disciplined execution and ambition
- Exceptional people leadership, with proven success hiring, developing, and inspiring high-calibre enterprise sales talent
- Deep expertise in enterprise cyber security sales and go-to-market strategy, with a sharp instinct for what truly wins deals
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment
- Domain experience in application security is a significant advantage and a fast track to outsized impact
