Constellation Brands is seeking a Vice President of Sales Management to lead enterprise-wide sales governance, execution discipline, and performance management across its diversified beverage portfolio. This executive role combines rigorous sales leadership with the application of blockchain-enabled technologies to reinforce transaction transparency, sales data integrity, and accountability across complex distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall sales management framework across brands, regions, and distribution channels
  • Define sales governance models, performance standards, and decision-right structures
  • Partner with Channel Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance to align sales execution with pricing, brand, and margin objectives
  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance review cadence
  • Support the application of blockchain technology to strengthen traceability and credibility of sales transactions, incentives, rebates, and trade programs
  • Monitor sales execution quality, distributor performance, and compliance with commercial policies
  • Identify structural risks in sales operations and drive corrective actions at scale
  • Ensure consistent application of pricing, promotional, contractual, and trade governance standards
  • Provide executive leadership with clear sales performance insights, risk assessments, and improvement scenarios
  • Lead and develop senior sales operations, regional leadership, and commercial management teams

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of experience in sales management, commercial operations, or enterprise sales leadership
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-region, multi-channel sales organizations
  • Demonstrated experience making high-impact commercial decisions with direct P&L implications
  • Strong expertise in governance, performance management, and cross-functional execution
  • Exceptional judgment, accountability, and ability to operate under significant commercial pressure
  • Comfortable acting as a senior authority influencing executive leadership and shaping sales structure
  • Background in beverage alcohol, FMCG, or other regulated consumer goods industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record leading senior managers and cross-functional leadership teams
