Job Description

NU Advisory Partners has been retained to identify a dynamic sales executive to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for a fast-scaling SaaS company. As Vice President of Sales, you’ll build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization, drive large, consultative deals with senior decision-makers, and help shape the company’s growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, establishing a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Personally drive complex, high-ACV enterprise deals, engaging C-level decision-makers across marketing, digital, and data functions.
  • Act as a player-coach while building scalable systems, processes, and talent across the sales organization.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement a data-informed, repeatable enterprise sales motion that leverages modern tools and AI-enabled insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success to refine value propositions, use cases, and vertical strategies.
  • Identify and test new industry segments, use cases, and sales methodologies to expand reach and accelerate learning cycles.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy through rigorous qualification, funnel management, and process optimization.
  • Champion best practices in sales enablement, tooling, and analytics to ensure long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Embed automation and experimentation into the sales cycle to identify repeatable patterns of success.

Strategic Influence & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape company-wide strategy, product-market fit, and messaging in a rapidly evolving space.
  • Translate frontline customer insights into product feedback and innovation opportunities.
  • Serve as a cultural leader who models the organization’s core values and fosters a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep experience managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles with C-suite buyers.
  • Strong personal sales skills and ability to influence across functions and executive levels.
  • Demonstrated success hiring, scaling, and developing sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Highly analytical and disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process design.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in emerging software technologies.
