BlueVerse is LTIMindtree’s fastest-growing, AI-focused business unit – helping global enterprises design, deploy, and scale agentic AI across core business operations. We combine an AI Foundry + AI Agents platform stack with industry-focused consulting and delivery pods to deliver outcome-driven AI programs. BlueVerse operates across Hi-Tech, Insurance, Banking & Financial Services, Retail/CPG, Travel & Hospitality, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment, with vertical GTM pods, reusable accelerators, and large deal constructs that blend platforms, solutions, and services into a single enterprise AI motion.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Solutions Leader who operates at the intersection of Insurance domain, enterprise AI, and strategic, multi-million-dollar sales and account growth.

You will own a portfolio of strategic Insurance accounts, embed with client stakeholders, and convert AI opportunity roadmaps into scaled, referenceable programs on BlueVerse. This is a quota-carrying, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior LTIMindtree leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own GTM & Revenue for AI – Insurance Accounts

Own revenue and pipeline targets for a set of strategic Insurance clients in North America (P&C, Life, Specialty, Reinsurance, Brokers, InsurTechs).

Build and execute account plans with whitespace mapping, stakeholder maps, and multi-year AI roadmaps tied to underwriting, claims, distribution, servicing, and risk & compliance outcomes.

Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, commercial negotiation, closure, and expansion.

  1. Solution & AI Advisory Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CDOs, CUOs, Chief Claims Officers, and Distribution leaders.

Shape AI solution blueprints across underwriting, claims, servicing, distribution, and regulatory/risk workflows, leveraging BlueVerse Foundry and AI agents.

Orchestrate POVs, demos, POCs, and pilots with BlueVerse solution architects and engineering leads, with clear value hypotheses and success metrics.

  1. Ecosystem & Co-Sell Motions

Build joint GTM plays with cloud and Insurance ecosystem partners (e.g., hyperscalers and core platforms).

Engage partner field teams to source, qualify, and accelerate opportunities in priority Insurance accounts.

  1. Storytelling, Proposals & Executive Engagement

Connect BlueVerse capabilities to Insurance metrics such as combined ratio, loss ratio, cycle time, fraud leakage, and NPS.

Lead C-suite and SVP-level presentations, visioning workshops, and roadmap sessions.

Own RFP/RFI responses, proposals, commercial models, and deal governance in collaboration with finance, legal, and delivery.

  1. Internal Leadership & Market Feedback

Feed structured field insights into BlueVerse’s Insurance solution packs and product roadmap.

Help build a high-performing Insurance GTM pod (pre-sales, consultants, solution engineers) across North America.

Contribute to Insurance AI thought leadership via roundtables, events, and content.

Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, and/or Insurance-focused solutions roles in consulting, services, or cloud/AI practices.
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas with complex, multi-stakeholder deals in Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of the Insurance value chain (underwriting, claims, policy admin, distribution, risk & compliance).
  • Experience selling a mix of consulting, implementation, managed services, and platform or subscription offerings.

Preferred Background & Target Employers

  • Primary archetype – Consulting / Services & Advisory (preferred):
  • Senior sales and solutions leaders from large consulting and services organizations with strong AI / Cloud / Data GTM focus, such as:
  • Accenture, PwC, Slalom, BCG X (and similar strategy/digital/technology consulting units).
  • AWS or Google Cloud (GCP) in a services or platform-selling capacity, especially AI/ML and data platform GTM roles.
  • Secondary archetype – Core AI / Cloud / Data Platform Product Companies:

Enterprise sales leaders from platform/product companies such as Microsoft, NVIDIA, Google, AWS, Meta, Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, OpenAI, ServiceNow, Salesforce.

We expect experience driving large transformation-plus-services deals, comfort with solution-led selling, familiarity with enterprise AI and data platforms, and the ability to work with CIO/CDO/CxO stakeholders in large Insurance enterprises.

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI patterns over policy, claims, and knowledge bases.

Understanding of data platforms, APIs, and integration into Insurance cores and ecosystem platforms.

Awareness of security, governance, privacy, and regulatory themes in Insurance.

Ability to whiteboard solution architectures and co-design technical approaches with client engineering and platform teams.

Sales & Soft Skills

Strong executive presence and storytelling ability, with comfort presenting to C-suite and senior business stakeholders.

Hunter-builder mindset with a track record of opening new logos and expanding existing accounts.

Ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams across pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and partners.

High bias for action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience selling into Tier-1/2 Insurance carriers, reinsurers, brokers, or InsurTechs in North America.

Background in consulting / SI / advisory with exposure to Insurance transformation programs.

Experience building ecosystem partnerships with Insurance core platforms and InsurTech vendors.

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range: Base Salary USD 230,000-280,000

In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on the achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
