About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption and business readiness for a major Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL) processes. You will partner closely with finance and technology teams to translate system changes into practical business impacts, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum user engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management efforts for Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
• Drive adoption of Oracle systems, with emphasis on General Ledger processes.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communications and engagement strategies.
• Design, deliver, and manage training programs for finance and business users.
• Translate system changes into business impacts in collaboration with finance teams.
• Gather feedback from users and adjust adoption strategies to improve experience and results.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on change management experience, preferably in complex organizational environments.
• Deep expertise with Oracle Financials, particularly core General Ledger processes.
• Proven track record implementing change, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Change management certification is a plus, but practical implementation experience is critical.
