We’re looking for a Client Implementation Specialist who’s ready to help our clients hit the ground running with our Voice AI solution and live call center services. This person will play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring a smooth, successful onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client onboarding and system setup for new Voice AI and call center clients
- Configure systems and ensure data accuracy to meet client requirements
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through communication and follow-through
- Conduct training sessions and guide clients through launch milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve implementation challenges

Compensation
- Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
Location & Schedule Expectations
- Location: Remote position (Ideally, FL)
- Schedule: Full-time; flexibility is required, including availability on some weekends. Hours of work may vary.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required coupled with relevant job experience. Associate's degree (AA) preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
