Your Role:

• Independently execute customer projects in DevOps and cloud-native environments
• Build and operate modern, secure cloud platforms
• Support projects from presales through go-live
• Develop DevSecOps solutions and share expertise with clients
• Conduct workshops and training sessions
• Continuously improve existing customer environments
• Ensure compliance and security standards are met

Required Technical Skills:

• CI/CD pipelines and container platforms (Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Linux administration and Git workflows
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Exoscale)
• Security mindset: Zero-Trust, secrets management, DevSecOps, compliance
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Vault, Consul, Rancher, OpenShift, GitLab, Splunk, Snyk, Aikido, Checkmarx, Mondoo, Istio/Solo.io, Terraform Enterprise, Ansible Automation Platform

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in cloud/DevOps projects
• Strong hands-on technical expertise
• Security-focused with experience in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Enjoys consulting, enablement, and knowledge sharing
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Fluent German (C1+) and English (B2+)
