Director of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales / Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales organization and accelerate growth across our AI Security Monitoring Business. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring our team is equipped with the product knowledge, tools, and materials necessary to succeed.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, an excellent communicator, and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a software or SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
• Establish sales targets, KPIs, forecasting models, and reporting processes.
• Work closely with executive leadership to shape company growth initiatives and market expansion.
Team Development & Training
• Create and deliver onboarding, product education, and ongoing training programs for the sales team.
• Ensure the team has deep knowledge of product features, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
Sales Operations & Enablement
• Develop, maintain, and improve sales processes, pipelines, and workflows within CRM tools.
• Create and refine sales playbooks, pitch decks, demo scripts, pricing guides, and objection-handling resources.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support lead generation and market positioning.
Market & Client Engagement
• Identify target markets, high-value prospects, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Oversee key client relationships and participate in high-priority sales engagements.
• Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Requirements
• 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription models, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating sales materials and training programs.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
