Responsibilities
The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for aligning and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success processes, technology, and data to drive company revenue growth:
- Lead and develop the Inside Sales team to increase productivity and performance
- Manage forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and quota design
- Oversee CRM administration and reporting, ensuring data integrity and usability
- Equip sales with the tools, content, and training needed to accelerate deal cycles, improve win rates, and drive customer engagement
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and performance tracking
- Deliver actionable insights into buyer behavior, sales activity, and market trends
- Eliminate data silos and promote a culture of informed, data-driven decision-making
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related leadership roles
- Strong command of CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms
