Position Overview

Elevate is recruiting a Director, Sales-eDiscovery to join our global sales team. This is a virtual-based position based in NY or DC focused on selling our Discovery solutions including eDiscovery, Data Breach Response, and Managed Document Review.

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will

  • Act as a member of the Sales team selling our Discovery solutions including eDiscovery, Data Breach Response, and Managed Document Review.
  • Consistently achieve personal activity and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate across functions at Elevate, in particular with the Discovery business unit.
  • Actively and effectively prospect to identify new customers.
  • Serve as Relationship Manager to nurture and grow assigned accounts.
  • Work with the Discovery business unit to refine solutions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Use Salesforce and other Sales systems/tools consistently and effectively.
  • Embody Elevate's company culture and values.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience selling Discovery services.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve established revenue and activity goals, with a focus on discovery and managed review services.
  • Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word and Excel files without support.
  • Familiar with Salesforce.
  • Growing familiarity using AI including Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work-related experience.

Compensation

  • The compensation for this remote-based role has a year-one on target earning range of $175,000-225,000 (base + commission).
