About Covasant
Covasant is a next-generation AI and analytics services company purpose-built for the age of agentic AI. We operate at the intersection of data, AI, and enterprise systems—helping clients unlock tangible business value through modular, partner-aligned offerings that scale across industries. Our core ecosystem includes leading hyperscalers and data platforms, with a growing focus on Azure and Databricks-led transformations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Partner Sales leader with 7–15 years’ experience who has previously carried quota and understands the discipline of selling—now applying that rigor to partner-led growth with Microsoft Azure and Databricks. This is not a direct sales role; instead, it focuses on building partner advocacy, driving co-sell alignment, and generating ecosystem-led pipeline for internal sales teams.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, accustomed to operating without large support structures, and capable of creating influence and field alignment inside Azure and Databricks. This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-autonomy, high-ambiguity environments and knows how to shape partner motions that drive measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with Microsoft Azure and Databricks across field, partner management, and specialist organizations.
- Drive co-sell motions with PDMs, SSPs, GBBs, CSAs, Databricks AEs, and Partner Success teams.
- Lead joint territory planning, account mapping, and GTM alignment tied to Data/AI priorities.
- Generate partner-originated and partner-influenced pipeline for Covasant’s internal sales teams.
- Position Covasant’s Data, AI, and agentic offerings to hyperscaler field stakeholders.
- Maintain structured operating cadences (pipeline reviews, forecast syncs, QBRs, executive steering).
- Deliver partner intelligence, program insights, and GTM opportunity recommendations.
- Operate with high independence in building partner pull, co-sell momentum, and field-level amplification.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15 years of experience in cloud/data/AI GTM roles, with a blend of partner sales and prior quota-carrying direct sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of/and relationship within Azure and/or Databricks partner ecosystems, programs, and co-sell workflows.
- Experience driving influence-based sales motions and ecosystem-led pipeline creation.
- Deep understanding of cloud data platforms, analytics, lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML solution framing.
- High-accountability, builder mindset—comfortable creating structure where none exists.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualities
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful; thrives in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Strong partner-facing storytelling and value articulation capabilities.
- Skilled at navigating complex GTM landscapes involving hyperscalers and data platforms.
- Able to translate industry-specific pain points into partner-aligned growth opportunities.
