Scout Global is exclusively working with one of the most exciting early-stage Cyber Security startups on the market — a business that’s experiencing huge momentum and scaling fast. With over 80% of revenue already coming through the channel, they’re now looking for a Global Channel Director to lead the charge and take their partner strategy to the next level.

This is a crucial role for someone who knows how to build and scale a channel ecosystem from the ground up — someone who thrives in the chaos, speed, and opportunity that only a startup can bring.

​

You’ll be responsible for driving relationships with key VARs and GSIs (think Guidepoint, Trace3, WWT, and the major global integrators), shaping partner strategy, and taking full ownership of channel growth across North America.

🔍 What they’re looking for:

• ✅ Proven success building and executing channel strategy in an early-stage Cyber Security startup
• 🏆 Ideally, you’ve been through a successful exit before
• 🤝 Strong relationships and experience working with VARs and GSIs (Guidepoint, Trace3, WWT, etc.)
• 💪 A highly sales-driven operator who lives and breathes partner success
• ⚡ Comfortable embracing the chaos — adaptable, resilient, and ready for every day to look a little different
• ✈️ Located anywhere in the U.S., but happy to travel as needed
