Role Description

We are hiring a full-time remote Global Sales Director to lead and oversee our international sales operations. The role entails developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing global sales teams, expanding into new markets, and ensuring revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing customer relations, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals. The Global Sales Director will also play a vital role in business development, identifying opportunities to grow the company's presence in existing and new markets.

• Proficient in Business Development and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Proven experience in Team Management, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a global sales force to achieve exceptional performance.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
