Join Impala AI, an innovative startup building a fully-managed LLM-inference platform, that enables data heavy enterprises to perform any AI task at any scale without limits.
We’re looking for a Head of sales americas to build and lead our go-to-market efforts. You’ll own revenue growth, refine our GTM motion, and drive enterprise adoption of Impala’s platform across the AI and cloud ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue strategy and execution across all sales channels in the Americas region.
- Develop and implement sales playbooks, processes, quotas, and forecasting models to drive predictable growth.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles - from top-of-funnel engagement through procurement and closing.
- Dissect every stage of our sales motion (outreach, demos, pricing, RFPs, renewals) to identify ways to increase conversion and shorten deal cycles.
- Partner closely with founders and leadership on GTM planning, territory design, and revenue forecasting.
- Identify and implement sales tools and CRM improvements that enhance data accuracy and team efficiency.
- Represent Impala at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success building and leading GTM and sales functions from early-stage through scale.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with executive-level buyers.
- Strong understanding of the AI, cloud, or infrastructure technology ecosystem.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead strategic market penetration initiatives from the ground up.
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating fast-changing markets and startup dynamics.
