have been exclusively retained to help our client hire a Senior Sales Leader – Head of Sales (Data & AI Solutions). This is a high-impact hunter role focused on driving new logo acquisition, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution for cutting-edge Generative AI, Data, and Cloud consulting solutions.

About the Client

Our client is the Life Sciences Industry’s Premier Data Innovation Partner, collaborating with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to provide data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Recognized for its commitment to rigorous execution and continuous innovation, our client shapes the future of the life sciences industry.

They are now seeking a high-impact Senior Sales Leader to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across industry sectors. This is a hunter role with full ownership of the go-to-market strategy for their next-generation AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

New Logo Acquisition & GTM Execution

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, with a focus on net-new revenue generation.
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, industry forums, and executive engagement.
  • Educate and consult clients on leveraging Gen AI, AI agents, predictive models, and cloud-native analytics for digital transformation.
  • Lead solution-oriented conversations around LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-powered transformation use cases.
  • Develop account strategies, business plans, and executive-level relationships to land and expand high-value accounts.

Revenue Ownership & Forecasting

  • Deliver against an annual quota of $5M+, consistently driving $1M+ deal sizes.
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and ensure forecast accuracy through CRM discipline (Salesforce).
  • Track and improve key KPIs: sales velocity, win rate, ACV, and partner-influenced revenue.

Executive Engagement & Market Expansion

  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and Chief Innovation Officers.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Products & Solutions, and Growth teams to drive upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion across data engineering, cloud modernization, and managed AI services.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the evolving Gen AI and Data Cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in Data, AI, Cloud within the IT services/consulting industry.
  • Proven hunter mindset with a history of landing new logos and consistently exceeding $5M+ annual quota.
  • Deep expertise in selling Services & Solutions around Data, Analytics, Gen AI tools, AI agents, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Track record of co-selling with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Databricks) and navigating partner incentive programs & GTM models.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Skilled in consultative storytelling, RFP responses, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent client focus, relationship management, and networking skills.
