Job Description

We are a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. Headquartered in New York City, we operate data centers in the U.S., Canada, and Iceland, offering AI-optimized infrastructure for machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and other compute-intensive workloads.

  • ### Develop and expand client base in the lucrative the firm's AI division:

  This involves identifying potential clients in the AI sector and enterprises, understanding their needs, and tailoring the company’s offerings to meet those needs. It also includes maintaining relationships with existing clients and seeking opportunities for further engagement.

  • ### Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies:

  This involves creating comprehensive plans that detail how the company will sell its AI products to customers. The strategies should cover market segmentation, positioning, and the sales process, and they should align with the company’s overall strategic goals.

  • ### Oversee sales operations and create a robust sales pipeline:

  This involves managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads. It also includes monitoring sales metrics and using this data to optimize the sales process.

  • ### Expand the sales team:

  This involves hiring and training new sales representatives who specialize in AI infrastructure. It also includes creating a team structure that facilitates collaboration and maximizes sales potential.

  • ### Develop and optimize sales motions and processes for all Sales reps (SDR, AE, AM etc.) to increase sales productivity:
