Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Implementation Manager. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and integration of new franchisees into the Vanguard Cleaning Systems. Daily tasks will include coordinating training sessions, providing guidance on operational procedures, troubleshooting implementation issues, and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards. The role requires regular communication with franchisees to support their growth and success.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing implementation processes and guiding new members through onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and support
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues
- Understanding of operational procedures and standards in the commercial cleaning industry
- Proficiency in using digital tools and remote communication platforms
- A background in business management or a related field is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting
- Experience in the franchise industry is a plus
