Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. As a Implementation Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Real Estate & Construction space. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team that values initiative, clear communication, and follow-through. Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually.

Responsibilities

​

• Lead the entire implementation process of the platform from planning to delivery
• Support technical discovery and platform demos to close deals
• Understand customer objectives to design optimized workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert in logistics and the platform
• Conduct on-site training to ensure software adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient implementations
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and client use
• Manage multiple projects while measuring success metrics like 'time to value'

Qualifications

​

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, consulting, or customer success roles
• Proven track record with enterprise software in logistics
• Strong project management skills from requirement gathering to timeline definition
• Excellent communication skills for various stakeholder interactions
• Ability to think strategically while addressing daily operational challenges
• Adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking for complex problem-solving
