Implementation Manager

We are looking for a solution-oriented Implementation Manager to lead the most critical phase of the customer journey. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering teams and our clients, ensuring that our cutting-edge retail solutions are deployed smoothly and effectively. If you enjoy managing complex projects and using data to solve real-world supply chain challenges, this is your role.

What You Will Accomplish:

• Orchestrate Success: Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and go-live projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
• Technical Project Management: Collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Engineers to track milestones, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Data-Driven Delivery: Use your analytical skills (Excel/Python) to validate data and ensure system accuracy during implementation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the voice of the customer during deployment, partnering with Product and Support to resolve technical hurdles.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2–5 years in Implementation, Project Management, or Technical Account Management.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in retail or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) is required; Python is a major plus.
• Mindset: Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
