Implementation Manager

Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Business Services space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

​

Compensation:

$90,000 – $130,000 annually.

​

Responsibilities

​

• Lead the global implementation team in adopting company technology for enterprise customers
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring customer success during adoption processes
• Consult with Global 1000 customers to initiate effective supply chain visibility workflows
• Tailor software implementations to align with each customer's processes and goals
• Facilitate stakeholder training, executive reviews, and progress meetings to ensure project success
• Oversee complex projects, coordinating teams across multiple time zones
• Develop project roadmaps with clear milestones and manage scope changes effectively
• Provide customer feedback to the product team to align product offerings with client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences and smooth transitions
• Analyze and improve implementation approaches for continuous enhancement

Qualifications

​

• 4+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, managing multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong passion for customer success in supply chain solutions
• Ability to present and influence at the C-suite level and technical teams
• Excellent meeting facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
• Analytical mindset to break down business processes and optimize them
• Proven track record of exceeding project delivery expectations
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders and vice versa
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration across sales, product, and customer success
• SaaS implementation expertise, with supply chain or logistics experience preferred
• Willingness to travel 20-25% for key implementation milestones
