Project Manager – Customer Onboarding & Implementation Manager (3-Month Contract)

Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help onboard new customers during a short-term implementation project. You’ll coordinate people, timelines, and tasks to make sure customers are set up successfully and on time. This role works closely with internal teams and directly with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live
- Create and track project plans, timelines, and key deliverables
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Engineering, and other internal teams
- Run status meetings and keep customers informed of progress
- Identify risks or issues early and help resolve them
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet expectations
- Collect feedback and help improve onboarding processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of project management experience (tech or SaaS preferred)
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with customers and internal teams
- Experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
- Salesforce experience is a plus
