Implementation Manager (Mid-Level)

Role Description
· Own multiple client implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support
· Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
· Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with internal teams and external stakeholders
· Lead client meetings and distribute clear, timely meeting notes
· Provide weekly project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
· Deliver kickoff presentations outlining Lucrotec services and implementation processes
· Contribute to implementation documentation, methods, and process improvements
· Support ad-hoc initiatives to help scale and strengthen the Implementation function
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 4+ years of experience in a professional business environment
· 2+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role
· Comfortable independently managing implementations with moderate complexity
· Project management certification is a plus
· Experience in fintech, payments, or Telecom Expense Management (TEM) environments is a plus
