This role offers the opportunity to reshape K-12 education by deploying an AI-driven Multi-Tiered System of Support framework that enables students to achieve curriculum mastery at twice the typical pace. You will lead the nationwide rollout of a fundamentally different approach to student support—one that produces learning outcomes previously thought unattainable.

We are a stealth-mode startup in search of a seasoned MTSS professional with a proven track record in district-wide intervention framework deployment and management. Although you will work with our AI-powered platform instead of conventional systems, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS workflows, regulatory compliance, and multi-stakeholder collaboration will be vital as districts adopt this superior methodology.

Our advanced framework rethinks district-level student support delivery using sophisticated artificial intelligence that autonomously pinpoints learner needs, administers precision interventions, and accelerates academic progress. What You Will Be Doing

​

• Creating and executing district-level implementation strategies that maximize adoption rates for our MTSS framework
• Facilitating dynamic professional development sessions that empower educators and generate enthusiasm for our solution
• Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance metrics to confirm districts meet their objectives
• Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine student support initiatives
• Conducting on-site training programs that cultivate strong partnerships with critical stakeholders

• Concentrating on post-launch account management instead of ensuring successful adoption

Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable gains in student achievement by ensuring districts effectively deploy our AI-powered MTSS framework to produce demonstrable improvements in learning outcomes.

Basic Requirements

​

• At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us

​

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
