Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

• 100% remote CST/EST hours
• M-F, 40 hours per week
• Note: Role starts beginning of January

Pay: $36 per hour W2 / conversion salary 73k

Duration: temp to perm role; 6 months to start

• This is a customer-facing position, so great interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Responsible for configuring our software as part of our implementation process
• Transform and configure healthcare data from our customers into our software.
• Resolve technical issues for customers

Qualifications:

• Background: implementation / client facing roles
• Skills: 2+ years database experience; SQL is required, MS Access and/or Oracle is a plus
• Education: High-School Diploma required; BA or BS preferred
• Preferred: Healthcare background
