Our client is seeking an experienced Turvo TMS Specialist to support a client implementation where key configuration and technical enablement work is not being provided by the Turvo vendor. This is a highly niche, functional/technical role requiring hands-on experience configuring the Turvo TMS platform, including workflows, integrations, data mapping, and operational setup across brokerage and logistics use cases.

- Translate business requirements into functional Turvo configuration, ensuring alignment with operational workflows.
- Build, validate, and troubleshoot integrations (API/EDI familiarity required) across carriers, customers, visibility tools, and other connected systems.
- Support field mappings, statuses, triggers, routing logic, exception workflows, and collaboration tools within Turvo.
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and overall go-live readiness.
- Create documentation, SOPs, training materials, and workflow diagrams to enable client adoption.
- Collaborate with Metafora consultants, the client, and Turvo vendor teams as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Direct hands-on experience with Turvo TMS (required).
- Strong understanding of transportation management workflows (order → tender → track → collaborate → bill → settle).
- Experience configuring a TMS (Turvo, McLeod, MercuryGate, Aljex, etc.).
- Ability to map processes, configure system logic, and troubleshoot independently.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable joining client-facing meetings and leading discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing Turvo or other enterprise TMS platforms.
- Experience supporting 3PLs, freight brokerages, asset-based carriers, or multimodal operations.
- Experience writing SOPs, training documents, or implementation playbooks.
- Familiarity with transportation integrations (visibility tools, carrier portals, ERPs, etc.).

- Duration: 3–5 months
