Job Details

AnewHealth is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to lead and execute healthcare partnership projects. In this role, you will manage the entire client implementation process—from project initiation through delivery—working closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has experience with home health, health plans, and provider groups, demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and communicates clearly with internal partners. Project management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project specifications based on defined scopes of work.
  • Set clear expectations for project deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress through established milestones.
  • Monitor commitments and deliverables to maintain project integrity and adherence to schedules.
  • Design and implement effective communication strategies and client training plans.
  • Lead conference calls, webinars, and on-site meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual performance metrics. Metrics may include but are not limited to client satisfaction and timely, accurate project completion.
  • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values throughout all phases of project implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and managing multiple implementation projects, preferably in healthcare (example: home health, health plans, or provider groups).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and address concerns proactively.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and OneNote.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills, including the ability to explain data to stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and create workflows to support implementation processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing healthcare role.
  • Demonstrated leadership, self-direction, and a track record of successful project coordination.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Formal project management training or certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, SharePoint, etc.) and Salesforce

Work Location & Travel

  • This is a remote position.
  • Some travel may be required to support implementations or relaunches.
