Implementation Specialist
Technical Delivery Requirements
Customer Implementation (4-week cycle per customer)
- Week 1: Map customer's ERP (PeopleSoft/Workday/Oracle), CLM (TRG/Cobblestone), AP workflow
- Week 2: Deploy connectors, configure SSO, ingest contracts, set validation rules
- Week 3: Process historical invoices, customer validation testing, load testing (1,000 invoices)
- Week 4: Go-live with production feed, 48-hour monitoring, AP team training
Technical Configuration
- Configure validation rules: rate tolerance, auto-approval thresholds, confidence levels
- Map contract structures to invoice formats (aggregation levels: contract/category/location)
- Set up location-based validation (12+ locations per health system)
- Configure reimbursement compliance rules for expense categories
- Integrate with customer SSO providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
System Integration Management
- Coordinate with backend team on connector setup (SFTP, API, EDI, email)
- Test data ingestion pipelines with customer sample data
- Validate contract extraction accuracy (90%+ target)
- Configure ERP write-back for validation results
- Set up webhook notifications for real-time alerts
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Technical aptitude: Understand API integrations, data mapping, business logic configuration
- Healthcare systems: Knowledge of ERP/AP/CLM systems used by health systems
- Project management: Manage multiple concurrent implementations (3 pods × 3 customers)
- SQL/Excel proficiency: Query databases, analyze invoice data, create reports
- Communication: Translate technical concepts for non-technical AP/procurement teams
- Problem-solving: Troubleshoot configuration issues, escalate to engineering effectively
