We are seeking a highly experienced Mobile Solutions Lead Architect Engineer to oversee the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering capabilities, and expertise in building modern mobile platforms for iOS and Android. This role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, DevOps, UI/UX, and business teams to define architecture standards, drive innovation, and deliver high-performance mobile solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of mobile applications, frameworks, and infrastructure for enterprise-scale solutions.  
• Define architectural standards for mobile platforms, including performance, scalability, security, and resilience.  
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.  
• Oversee and guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.  
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural goals and quality standards.  
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive mobile platform modernization and innovation.  
• Ensure seamless integration between mobile apps and backend systems, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.  
• Work closely with DevOps and cloud teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app deployment.  
• Provide technical leadership across the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to production rollout.  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support performance tuning and optimization initiatives.  
• Design mobile systems with a focus on data protection, compliance, and security best practices.  
• Mentor junior and senior engineers and support initiatives to strengthen engineering processes and platforms.

Required Qualifications

​

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong experience in mobile application development.  
• Proven experience as a Mobile Architect, Solutions Architect, or equivalent technical leadership role.  
• Expert-level knowledge in native mobile development using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java.  
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.  
• Strong experience with enterprise mobile application architecture and system integration.  
• Hands-on experience with REST, GraphQL, microservices, API gateways, and cloud-native solutions.  
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services supporting mobile applications.  
• Strong knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release frameworks.  
• Deep understanding of security standards including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance.  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

​

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), enterprise mobility frameworks, and app store deployment.  
• Experience with modern UI frameworks and design systems.  
• Knowledge of performance engineering and analytics tooling.  
• Prior experience in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.  
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.  
• Ability to lead architectural workshops and produce architecture blueprints and documentation.
