Enrollment Director: Consultative Telephone Sales (Remote)

We empower our students to become Accountrepreneurs who launch and grow their own firms or secure higher income roles in the field.  

Our programs are designed to:  

• Get students certified within 60 days  

• Get them earning revenue with their first clients within 90 days  

• Get them to their income and lifestyle goals within 8 to 12 months  

We change lives through certification-based education and business training.  

We are expanding and seeking disciplined, competitive, high-energy Business-to-Consumer consultative telephone sales professionals whose sole focus is enrolling students into our certification programs. You will be selling the programs we offer so students can get certified and start or grow their bookkeeping, tax, or advisory businesses. You will work warm, self-submitted leads across the US and Canada.  

This role is perfect for:  

Athletes, former military, highly driven sales professionals, elite saleswomen, elite salesmen, and anyone with a competitor’s mindset and a positive, disciplined, growth oriented attitude.  

This is a full time, salaried + commission remote TELEPHONE SALES position with heavy outbound calling from your home office.  

Responsibilities  

• Sell UAC’s professional certification programs directly to prospective students  

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, texts, and video calls  

• Guide prospects through selecting the certification path that fits their goals  

• Enroll students into programs including:  

– Professional Bookkeeper Certification  

– Professional Tax Preparer Certification  

– QuickBooks Specialist Certification  

– Profit & Growth Expert Certification  

– CFO/Advisory Certification  

• Explain how each program leads to certification, client revenue, and business growth  

• Deliver structured, consultative sales presentations  

• Use a proven script while personalizing it to each prospect  

• Manage follow-ups, pipeline activity, and CRM tasks  

• Stay coachable, follow a proven system, and help improve it  

Requirements  

• Strong self management, discipline, and problem-solving skills  

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment  

• 2+ years of successful consultative telephone sales experience  

• Experience selling high-ticket programs ($2,000 to $10,000) preferred  

• B2C sales experience strongly preferred  

• Experience selling intangibles (education, training, certifications) is a plus  

• Solid CRM, online processing, and computer proficiency (30+ WPM)  

• Strong, reliable internet and a reliable computer system  

• Excellent questioning, listening, and communication skills  

• Ability to follow and personalize a proven script  

• Highly organized, competitive, and consistent with follow-up  

• Coachable, adaptable, and driven to master a proven sales system  

• A quiet, distraction free workspace that maximizes productivity and allows for uninterrupted outbound calling and enrollment conversations  

• Ability to maintain a professional "quiet" work environment while working remotely  

Minimum System Requirements  

• Windows 10+ or macOS 10.15+  

• Intel 8th Gen processor or AMD equivalent  

• 8 GB RAM minimum  

• 1 Mbps up/down internet  

• Quad-core processor recommended  

• Personal computer and headset required  

• Cloud-based tools: Google Chrome, RingCentral RingEX, Zoho CRM  

Compensation  

• Base pay: $3,000/month  

• On target earnings: $80,000+ after 90-day ramp  

• Top performers earn $100,000+
