Sales Director – OneStream | Global Boutique Consultancy | Remote (Texas-based, US focus)

Lead OneStream growth for a pioneering global consultancy with a boutique edge. Henderson Drake is partnering exclusively with a global OneStream Platinum Partner – one of the first implementation partners to join the ecosystem – recognized for its exceptional delivery capability, people-first culture, and deep financial transformation expertise. As the firm continues its North American expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive OneStream sales and strategic growth across the US, with a particular focus on the Texas and wider southern market.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role within a globally respected but agile consultancy. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, building trusted relationships with enterprise clients, and collaborating closely with the OneStream channel team and internal delivery leaders to deliver measurable, high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business for OneStream implementation and advisory services across the US.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with OneStream’s channel and alliance teams, ensuring alignment with go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities within the office of finance, focusing on enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
  • Partner with internal solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams to create tailored client proposals.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and OneStream community gatherings.
  • Report directly to global executive leadership and contribute to overall sales strategy and revenue forecasting.

About You

  • Proven success in selling OneStream, EPM, CPM, or finance transformation solutions in the North American market.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, performance management, and the CFO technology landscape.
  • A well-developed network across the Texas region and ability to build relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with the drive to thrive in a fast-growing, boutique consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
