Role Overview:

The Pega Solution Sales Director will lead strategic sales efforts for Coforge’s Pega practice, driving revenue growth through solution-based selling. This role requires deep understanding of Pega’s Digital Process Automation platform, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to position Coforge as the partner of choice for enterprise clients seeking transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ### Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Pega solutions across target industries.
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal qualification, and closure for Pega-related opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions and sales collateral.
  • ### Client Engagement
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client business challenges and align Pega solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Lead executive presentations, solution workshops, and proposal development.
  • ### Partnership & Ecosystem
  • Act as the primary liaison between Coforge and Pega for joint initiatives.
  • Leverage Coforge’s Global Elite Partner status to access Pega resources and co-sell opportunities.
  • ### Revenue & Growth
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall Pega practice growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • ### Thought Leadership
  • Represent Coforge at industry events, PegaWorld, and client forums.
  • Stay updated on Pega product roadmap and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in Pega or BPM/DPA solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong understanding of Pega Platform capabilities (CRM, Case Management, RPA, Decisioning).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
