Job Description:
The Pre-Sales Engineer will play a critical role in pre-sales engagements across a U.S. Market. You will support a team of Account Executives to strategize, plan and design solutions to best fit and tailor to clients.
- Serve as the technical and operational partner in discovery calls, proposal design and client engagement.
- Work with new and existing customers to optimize services designs leverage tools and frameworks.
- Build client facing proposals to meet clients needs that articulate the value proposition and capabilities.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering or Implementation role ideally in an enterprise level.
- Strong ability to understand complex business operations, HR challenges (particularly related to workforce management), and a demonstrated success with a consultative sales approach, ideally with experience in industries like HR Services, Staffing, Logistics, or Transportation.
- Must be open to travel 3% of the time and work in a hybrid model.

This is a hybrid position where candidates must be located in the Boston or Greater Boston area with the ability to meet with customers and partners (30%)
