Presales Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:  

• Proactively identify and scope technical solutions to address customer requirements and challenges, assess client needs, and recommend optimized solutions that bring maximum value to both customers and Hanshow.  
• Support the sales team during pre-sales activities, monitor deal progress, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and commercial success.  
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to showcase Hanshow’s smart store and digital signage solutions.  
• Lead the preparation of RFx responses, customer proposals, and Proof of Concept (POC) projects.  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales Support, Delivery, and R&D) to ensure solution design aligns with customers’ business goals and technical environments.  
• Maintain deep and up-to-date technical knowledge of Hanshow’s products, solutions, and market trends.  
• Provide technical mentorship and support to pre-sales associates and internal stakeholders.  
• Achieve assigned targets in specific product lines, regions, or market segments.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related fields).  
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.  
• Familiar with Linux, JavaScript, SQL, and Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).  
• Strong analytical and project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.  
• Dynamic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player; capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.  
• Passionate about technology, eager to learn, and confident in building long-term relationships with enterprise customers.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear business value.  
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory. Greek proficiency is a strong plus.
