Role Description
In this position, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to deliver solution demonstrations, address technical queries, and enable successful customer onboarding. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support during the presales process, assisting with product integration, addressing security concerns, and ensuring that solutions align with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Support to help clients troubleshoot and resolve key issues
- Experience with Presales and Sales to support customer engagements and drive technical demonstrations
- Proficiency in Integration to ensure seamless deployment with existing enterprise systems
- Understanding of Security measures to address data protection and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly in a startup environment and solve complex client challenges
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI systems, CRMs, ticketing tools, and enterprise IT environments
