About the role:

We are seeking an AI Engineer / Prompt & App Factory Engineer to become the organization’s first hands-on AI builder. This role is central to delivering AI‑powered solutions across the company—designing and building Microsoft Copilot 365 Agents, creating internal applications using Vibe‑Coding with advanced code models, and driving Copilot adoption within business units. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to understand their processes, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into practical and high‑impact solutions. You will also work side‑by‑side with DevOps on deployment and environments (DevOps executes; you define requirements and logic).  

Preferred location: Candidates based in Cyprus (Limassol office).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnering with Business Units (Discovery → Prioritization → Build)  

• Lead discovery workshops with business teams to map processes and identify automation/AI opportunities.  
• Co‑prioritize initiatives based on Impact × Feasibility (or RICE methodology).  
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions (Agents, automations, internal apps).  
• Build and refine LLM prompts, instructions, logic flows, and Guardrails in Microsoft Copilot Studio.  
• Run UAT cycles, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.  
• Ensure alignment, adoption, and satisfaction from each unit.

1. Internal AI App Factory (Vibe‑Coding + Code Models)  

   Using Claude Code / GPT‑Dev / Gemini Code  

• Use Vibe‑Coding to rapidly create internal applications (backend, frontend, workflows, APIs).  
• Work directly with advanced code models to generate, refine, and harden application logic.  
• Perform functional reviews of generated code and ensure it meets organizational needs.  
• Build reusable templates and standards that speed up future AI‑assisted development.

Architecture (Understanding Required – Execution by DevOps)

• Understand cloud architecture at a functional level (not as an implementer).  
• Define how the application should behave, integrate, and scale.  
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployments, environments, CI/CD, and operational readiness.

1. Copilot 365 Adoption & Enablement  

• Drive company‑wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot 365.  
• Build internal playbooks, templates, and best-practice guides.  
• Deliver hands‑on workshops to increase effectiveness and usage.  
• Track usage patterns and help teams incorporate Copilot into daily workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent business English – mandatory.  
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM logic design.  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot 365 / Copilot Studio.  
• Experience with Claude Code / GPT‑Dev / Gemini Code.  
• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into AI-driven solutions.  
• Basic software development skills OR strong proficiency with code‑generation models.  
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and rapid learning ability.  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Claude Code / GPT‑Dev / Gemini Code.  
• Ability to perform Code Review for model-generated code (advantage, not required).  
• Prior experience in DevOps will be considered as an advantage.  
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.  
• Familiarity with Azure or Power Platform (supporting level).  
• Previous experience implementing GenAI tools in organizations.  
• Candidates located in Cyprus (Limassol) are highly preferred.

• Number of AI Agents deployed and actively used by business units.  
• Adoption and measurable usage growth of Copilot 365 across the organization.  
• Time-to-Value from idea to MVP delivery.  
• Quality and stability of AI outputs (accuracy, consistency, low hallucinations).  
• Number and impact of internal applications built through the App Factory.  
• Business stakeholder satisfaction and operational improvements enabled by AI.
