Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Sales Director with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales. This is a quota-carrying leadership role, ideal for someone who has been a stellar Account Executive (AE) and leadership role and is ready to take the next step by building and leading a team.

As Sales Director at IrisAgent, you’ll join an innovative environment at the cutting edge of generative AI. You’ll own the sales cycle with major accounts, drive revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers realize the value of AI-powered solutions. As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to expand and lead a world-class sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the sales process, from prospecting through closing, in a quota-carrying role
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate enterprise accounts and exceed sales targets
  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs, departmental leaders, and technical stakeholders
  • Evangelize the power of IrisAgent’s AI and LLM platform to help customers achieve more with automation
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure value delivery
  • Play a foundational role in building and mentoring the sales team as the company grows
  • Provide market feedback and help shape go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven record of beating or exceeding quota
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record as a top-performing AE, including closing large, complex deals
  • Experience leading a sales team
  • Experience building relationships and selling to enterprise decision makers (VP, C-suite)
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to work on cutting-edge AI/LLM solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and willingness to be hands-on in early-stage environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
