Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven and results-oriented Sales Directors to join our AI consulting & services company, EdFoalAI. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for lead generation, deal closure, and revenue growth in your designated country.
Your focus will be to generate 5 new leads per month and close at least 2 deals per quarter, with an expected revenue contribution of $20K upfront + $3K recurring revenue per quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via networking, cold outreach, and industry connections.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales funnel, track lead progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Closing Deals: Convert qualified leads into customers by understanding their AI needs and positioning our consulting services effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer lifetime value and upsell opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly update progress and performance metrics to the CRO.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand EdFoalAI’s footprint in your country.
📌 Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, or AI/tech services sales.
- Strong Network: Established connections in insurance, finance, real estate, or mortgage sectors (preferred).
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation: Ability to present, pitch, and close deals effectively.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using sales tracking tools and reporting progress against KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: This is a commission-based role, so hunger for success is key!
